Claims Scope:

Compositions only (FDPS + CD47) (FDPS + cMyc)  

Composition of viral vectors or particles containing first small RNA sequence complementary FDPS mRNA and second sequence complementary to CD47 or cMyc mRNA.  Dependent claim to a composition containing include third additional small RNA complementary to CD47 or cMyc. Additional dependent claims limit to (i) a small RNA sequences of ≥ 80 % identity to SEQ ID NO: 1-4 that is complementary to FDPS (ii) a second small RNA sequence complementary to CD47 or cMyc with ≥ 80 % identity to SEQ ID NO: 5-9 or SEQ ID NO: 10-14 respectively (iii) a third small RNA sequence complementary to CD47 or cMyc with ≥ 80 % identity to SEQ ID NO: 5-9 or SEQ ID NO: 10-14 respectively. Method of treating cancer using compositions are also claimed.
