Compositions of viral vectors that contain one of the following (i) small RNA sequences of ≥ 80 % identity to SEQ ID NO: 5-9 complementary to CD47 and a second small RNA sequence complementary to cMyc (ii) small RNA sequence complementary to CD47 and a second small RNA sequence of ≥ 80 % identity to SEQ ID NO: 10-14 complementary to cMyc or (iii) small RNA sequences of ≥ 80 % identity to SEQ ID NO: 5-9 that is c. Methods of treating cancer in a subject using the compositions of (i), (ii) or (iii) above. Methods of treating using a composition of small RNA sequence complementary to CD47 and a second small RNA sequence complementary to cMyc together with an aminobisphosphonate drug.
