Composition of viral vectors or particles containing first small RNA sequence of ≥90% identity to SEQ ID NO: 1-4, complementary FDPS mRNA and second sequence complementary to CD47 or cMyc mRNA. Dependent claim to a composition containing include third additional small RNA complementary to CD47 or cMyc. Method of treating cancer using compositions are also claimed.
