Compositions and Methods (FDPS) (FDPS +CD47) (FDPS +cMyc) (CD47+cMyc) 

Compositions of viral vectors that contain one of the following (i) a small RNA sequences of ≥ 80 % identity to SEQ ID NO: 1-4 that is complementary to FDPS (ii) a small RNA sequences of ≥ 80 % identity to SEQ ID NO: 1-4 that is complementary to FDPS and a second small RNA sequence complementary to CD47 or cMyc with ≥ 80 % identity to SEQ ID NO: 5-9 or SEQ ID NO: 10-14 respectively (iii) small RNA sequence that is complementary to CD47 and a second small RNA sequence of ≥ 80 % identity to SEQ ID NO: 10-14 complementary to cMyc. Methods of treating cancer using the compositions are also disclosed, with dependent claims also claiming administration of aminobisphosphonate.
