Invitation to Investor Information Meeting

CEO Jeff Galvin and CSO David Pauza, Ph.D., will give an update on the company’s progress, including a review of the IND approval, clinical plans, and (estimated) schedule for AGT103-T. There will also be time allocated to answer shareholder questions that can be submitted by text during the meeting.
The meeting will be held on two separate dates to make it easier for interested investors to attend one that is most convenient for their schedule. This is not a required meeting (there will be no shareholder votes, and it is not an annual meeting or official meeting of shareholders for any particular business). Please feel free to attend either, or both, meetings as you desire.
NOTE: This webinar is only for existing investors.

(4:00 PM to 5:00 PM "Maryland Time")
To attend the investor information meeting you will need to register in advance. Your phone number and email are required to confirm your status as an investor.
Information to join the webinar will be sent to you via email the week of the event. Reminders containing the webinar information will be sent the morning of the event as well as one hour before commencement.
